about this event

25 women come together to develop ideas for positive impact and to shape them together over the course of a weekend. No prior knowledge needed!

25 women with different backgrounds and knowledge come together to develop ideas for positive impact, to shape them together and to turn them into initial business models. We open the space for your curiosity about founding, for discovering other perspectives and a place where tech or business prior knowledge plays no role. We equip you with Design Thinking methods and accompany you from the problem statement to the first version of your solution.

What makes it special: the problem statements are decided by dice roll. Nobody arrives with a finished idea. Everyone starts from zero, in the same team, with the same task. Chance breaks open thought patterns, levels out differences in expertise and immediately creates the energy that good ideas need: simply get started, together, without an exam atmosphere.

Who it is for: for founders-to-be, employees with ideas, female students, women returning to work and anyone curious about entrepreneurial thinking. No prior knowledge needed, only curiosity and a desire for real collaboration.

What happens: Saturday – arriving, getting to know each other and a warm-up, Design Thinking workshop, rolling the dice for the problem statement, forming teams, first sprint. Sunday – developing the idea further, peer feedback, jury presentation, closing.

What you take away: the Design Thinking methodology, a first concept that you developed together, real feedback from a jury – and above all mutual inspiration and new contacts in a room where every voice gets heard.

Practical: professional childcare on both days included. Food and drinks are provided. Participation is free, maximum 25 participants.
