Game-Jam Finkenau 17 by Fachschaft Medien takes place at Forum Finkenau in Hamburg. All HAW students, alumni and friends are welcome, from newbie to veteran — it is time again for a game jam in the Finkenau!

Event details: Start: 06.11.2026 at 19:00. Admission: 18:00. End: 08.11.2026, jam time until 18:00. Judging and prize ceremony: expected 18:00–20:30. Where: Forum Finkenau – Finkenau 35, 22081 Hamburg. Bring: devices to work on, additional food and fun. You must register on Itch for the jam, and only contributors can vote! How does the jam work? In our game jam we develop games in small teams around a set theme over the weekend. Usually some teams already arrive with members, but we always help at the beginning of the jam so that everyone is in a team and can take part! Newcomers are welcome too, because the jam is ideal for getting a first insight into game development. On Sunday the games are presented and everyone can try them out. Basic catering is provided. If you don't want to live on sandwiches alone, plan your own food as well. Drinks are available at small prices. We look forward to seeing you!
